Desiree Mandelbaum and Natalie Terrell are two well-seasoned casting wizards that share a combined 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. They may not have been able to hack it in beauty school but thanks to a craigslist ad, they got their first job as street recruiters for MTV. Many years, hundreds of shows, and maybe a few margaritas later, they successfully cultivated countless partnerships with producers, strangers, and celebrities alike developing original, branded, and live content, as well as casting successful series across ALL platforms.
